As the owner and investor of an extensive network of waterways and docks across the UK, including the Manchester Ship Canal, we are able to offer a unique water supply and drainage service.
In 2010, Peel created its own last mile utility business (now Leep Utilities) which owns and operates regulated and non regulated utility networks across the UK.
Leep Utilities, a joint venture between Peel Utilities and Ancala Partners was launched in May 2017
Leep Utilities own and operates regulated and non-regulated utility networks across the UK, this includes electricity, cold and hot water, heating and cooling.
Coupled with our power generation and distribution expertise we are committed to developing and investing in a multi-utility infrastructure platform.
